Very strict bus driver today. He caught me standing up but didn't notice when I laid down on the floor so that was good. Jared gave me an apple and banana because we're out so shoutout to him. Got to Soldier Hollow and walked some of the course but then Jared and I got bored and stopped. Chilled for a while and decided to race in my Mach 15s. 1.15 mile warmup, stretched, drained legs and did strides before the race. I started quick but it was super hilly so the first mile was 5:50 ish and the second was like 6:05 and the last around 5:40. The hills were very tough and I think it was the toughest race I've had but I was able to finish in the top 20 and get a sick medal that is pure gold. Throughout the race I stayed around 17-20 place. Both PG teams got 4th. I'm happy with how the race turned out but if I could do it again I would go harder because the last .4 or .5 required no effort since it was all downhill. Mile cooldown after and stretching as well as some quality pictures with the team.
