Today was a pretty good workout. I was happy with it for the most part. We did 4 800s with a 400 recovery. My average pace for all the 800s was a 5:10 ish. Mile cool down. My knees hurt on the last fast 800 a little but other than that I felt great. No pain in the achilles. My hands were freezing today so I took my shirt off to try and use it like gloves but it didn't work and I just got colder. I feel pretty good for Footlocker and it should be a great race!
