Solid 6 today. Jared, Matt and I went to Will's Pit Stop by the canyon and ran up three and back. Went six sub six barely. AP was 5:59. Also Simplot heats came out and I'm heat 2 position 5. Patch is also in my heat, position 17.

Thursday morning I went to the doctor and got an inhaler and flonase because I wasn't feeling great. Not sure on how much mileage for Thursday. I was in the secone heat of the 1600 and so was Patch so that was cool. I ran a 4:37.68 and was maybe 9th in my heat. I was one second off qualifying for finals so that sucked. Went to the doctor Sunday though because my ear was killing and it turns out I have had a sinus infection for 10 days so that probably impacted my racing.
