Reaper today. Kind of thought we would do a speed workout but I guess not. I'm happy with how it turned out. The middle part could've been a little bit faster and I could've hung with Ali near the end but I got a PR and broke 9:00. Talked about NXR after practice. I'm excited for that. Ali and Riley made a deal and if Trump wins Ali has to give a speach about Hillary's loss and if Hillary wins Riley has to about Trump so that will be pretty entertaining.
