3 in the morning. Ali had the best Halloween costume. If you see him at Pre Footlocker on Saturday you should ask him about it. Some more miles in the afternoon. 1.5 for the warmup with Jared and Matt. We ran the Reaper today! I started out faster than usual which I regret a little. I ended up getting a PR. I think I can break 9 next week, my legs are just still tired from the half marathon but I'm happy with my time. Cooled down and did some abs. Shoutout to Jared whose portrait got hung up in the display case. He's like the Wayne Gretzky of art!!
