Fun race today. Picked up Jared and Nicole then got Riley, Ali and Jackson from the highschool then headed down to Provo. Chilled a little then warmed up. Got to the front of the line and talked to some people like Talem Franco from BYU and Luke Johnston from Westlake also some Skyridge people. Went out super fast just to be in the front for a little which was pretty fun. 4:54 first mile. 16:07 was my time. Recovered by doing the course backwards. It was a good time.

PM- Finished up to 10 then watched 4 Minute Mile with Jared. It was pretty good.
